My wife and I bought a fab villa from Vanessa at costal homes. Turkish Coast homes is the best real estate agent that you can trust in Mugla, at least this was my experience.

I bought a land and apartment through them and it was one of my biggest decisions in the life. As you may guess, this requires ample levels of trust and thank god, I found these people who guided me to purchase the best land and apt. in Fethiye in a very short time and bear with my silly questions each time very politely assisted. We were looking for an estate agent to sell our two plots of land in Uzumlu. We have had experiences with other estate agents in Fethiye but Turkish Coast Homes is the best one. The moment we walked into their office they were friendly, welcoming and respectful. We could tell they were professional and had extensive knowledge of the real estate business. They were realistic about the current property market so their advice was always accurate and up to date.

Communication has been excellent and they answered all our queries without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble for them either. The process of selling was very stressful for us as it was discovered that there were issues with my land. Emrah, Gokalp and Vanessa were so patient and kind. The whole team supported us through this process by staying positive and giving helpful advice.

To reassure us Emrah took us to the Council offices to further explain the situation with my land. He also took us to the bank to sort out access to online banking. They were open and honest about everything so we knew we could trust them. We gave them power of attorney to deal with the land sale in our absence. We had expected to put the land up for sale and come back a few months later to complete. Instead they found a buyer within a day for both plots of land so we were able to proceed quickly. The sale went through within a month which exceeded all our expectations.

From first viewing to new home in 5 days! We can’t thank Vanessa, Selahattin, Gökalp And Emrah enough for their support, patience and guidance. We purchased our first holiday home through Turkish Cost homes. It was the best experience as Selahattin made it all easy and stress free. Due to the covid we wanted to know time scale so we know how long it would take and I could book my flights selahattin assured me that he could complete the purchase in 48hrs which was exceptional.
