Where do I even start with this review? The entire team at Gökalp, Emrah, and Vanessa—have been absolutely fantastic! My whole family is incredibly grateful for their outstanding support and guidance throughout our journey of buying our first home outside the UK.
From the very beginning, their professionalism and dedication shone through. Each of them speaks excellent English and kept us informed every step of the way via email and WhatsApp, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
When we first met the team, they took us to see five properties in Fethiye and even giving us a guided tour of the town too. On our second visit, they spent an entire afternoon showing us additional properties. Unfortunately, during this visit, my daughter fell down some stairs and injured her elbow quite badly. Gökalp immediately sprang into action, calling the hospital, arranging everything, and driving us there.
At the hospital, when the receptionist tried to charge us more than the quoted amount, Gökalp stood his ground, advocating for us and ensuring we paid the correct price. This moment truly showed his character, he is a man who stands up for what is right and genuinely cares about his clients.
In the end, we purchased our dream home in Üzümlü through a video viewing, and we couldn’t be happier. Even after the purchase, the team continues to support us, helping us to arrange the water and electric bills in our name and to get the best quotes for work on our home, all at no extra charge.
