Co-owner

I am from Adana in Turkey. I studied tourism and hotel administration at Mersin University. I have worked in hotels in Bodrum, Alanya and Marmaris. I also ran a boutique hotel in Fethiye. I have worked in the real estate business since 2003 in a self-employed capacity and I have built properties in Fethiye and Bodrum. My wife is a Turkish teacher and we have two daughters. I speak fluent English.

Emrah Kucuk
Co-owner

I am from Hatay in Turkey. I studied hotel management at Mugla University and I am currently studying to be a tour guide in my spare time. I have worked in various hotels and for a local estate agent in Fethiye before setting up Turkish Coast Homes. I am married and have two young children. I speak fluent English and Arabic.

Vanessa Knowles Durcan
Property Consultant

I was born and bred in South Yorkshire. I have a degree in business studies. I moved to Turkey in 1997 after meeting my Turkish husband. I have over 15 years of experience working in the construction and real estate business. I have two grown up children who are both at university in Istanbul. I joined Turkish Coast Homes in 2019. I speak fluent Turkish.

Zuriha Kurucu
Property Consultant

I am from Albania. I have a master’s degree in business administration. I moved to Turkey in 2011 after meeting my Turkish husband. We run a cafe bar in Calis and have two boys. I have also worked as a property consultant for a local estate agent. I joined Turkish Coast Homes in April 2023. I speak fluent English, Turkish, Italian and I’m learning Arabic.

Okan Kucuk
Accountant

I am from Hatay in Turkey. I’m Emrah’s younger brother. I have a master’s degree in finance and studied at University in Izmir and Mersin. I joined Turkish Coast Homes in 2021. I speak fluent Arabic and I’m learning English.
