Seasons Greetings ! Turkish Coast Homes would like to wish everyone of our members, families & friends a Very Merry Christmas and all the best for a Healthy, Happy, Prosperous New Year.

During the approach to the joyful period, it gives us chance to say thank you to all our clients, colleagues, partners, readers and friends for the received support throughout the year .

Turkish Coast Homes have been fortunate and our business has created yet again one more effective year. We have produced several property sales throughout the year, strangely enough this year saw many sales taking place at the beginning of the year and toward the end which in general is a slower time of year for us. In addition we have completed a couple of new land and build projects in the Seydikemer area.

We have visited many clients homes, made numerous valuations and taken on resale properties, new development properties and land for sale. Updating our property portfolio, utilizing our website, social media pages and International web-based property sites . From these we have generated a good number of sales providing several happy clients with new homes in Turkey all through the buying process with us.

We have taken on and sold many fantastic properties, because of an proactive approach, a huge increase of clients from recommendations and increase in sellers for our property portfolio listings, in this way we have increased our advertising endeavors and upped our marketing efforts combined to working in collabration with other simular minded estate agents.

New for us in 2024 we are proud to collabrate with Turkey Homes within our Fethiye office and will respresent their client basis creating more business opportunites and wider range of marketing scope. Our Seydikemer office is in addition doing well as it is a great choice for the future as Fethiye itself is now so built up, many people are seeking a more peaceful place to reside with a greater value for money. There are larger plots avaliable in the area, therefore for those wishing to have there own private garden suitable for pets it is a good option for them.

Our new office location in Fethiye has been a good choice as we have a much larger office space and car parking is convenient. We are along the same road as Esnaf hospital so easy to locate and only a 5 minute stroll to the sea front !
